Data Retention

Your account data and documents are retained as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days. You can request deletion of specific documents at any time.

Third-Party Services

We use third-party AI model providers (via API) to process your documents. Document content is sent to these providers for analysis but is not stored by them or used for training. We also use standard infrastructure providers for hosting and email.
